About this Project
Designed and developed the official alumni website for a leading university, providing a centralized digital platform for alumni communication, community activities, and organizational management. A key component of the platform is its annual Executive Committee Election system, enabling eligible alumni to participate in committee elections through a structured online voting process. The system provides a dedicated digital workflow for managing election participation while making the process more accessible to registered alumni. The platform also includes an event registration system, allowing alumni to register for upcoming events directly through the website. After completing registration, participants can download their personalized digital event pass from the platform, simplifying event preparation and attendee management. In addition, the website provides alumni profiles, batch information, announcements, events, galleries, vedio gallery and community updates. Its responsive interface ensures accessibility across desktop and mobile devices. Overall, the project serves as both a public-facing alumni website and a functional digital platform supporting elections, events, registration, and ongoing community engagement.
