Terms of Service
By using ForkByte's website or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
Our Services: ForkByte delivers technology solutions including custom software development, data analytics, and AI-driven automation. The specifics of any engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing — are agreed upon separately before work begins.
Your Responsibilities: When working with us, we ask that you provide accurate information, give timely feedback, and use our deliverables only for lawful purposes. A smooth collaboration depends on both sides showing up.
Intellectual Property: Once a project is fully paid for, the final deliverables belong to you. We retain ownership of any internal tools, frameworks, or processes we bring to the table. Unless you request otherwise, we may reference the work in our portfolio.
Confidentiality: Anything sensitive shared between us stays between us. Both parties agree not to disclose each other's confidential business, technical, or financial information to outside parties.
Payments: Payment terms are defined per project. If payments are overdue without resolution, we reserve the right to pause ongoing work.
Limitation of Liability: ForkByte is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Termination: Either party can end an engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to that point remains billable.
Updates: We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
